The chefs’ kitchen is a “glass box”-style building featuring equipment such a large Retigo combination oven, Irinox blast chiller, center island with 8 gas burners, steamers, 2 grills/planchas, bain marie, salamander grill, and a Vianen imbedded ceiling hood.
The event space is housed in a mid-century modern Thai house that has an open floor plan and landscaped garden. There is also a private room perfect for daytime meetings or nighttime dinners.
